Colts vs Jets

Colts vs Jets : The New York Jets’ secondary will be without a few key members against the Indianapolis Colts. The stakes are high for both the Colts and the Jets entering week six. The New York Jets (1-3) — led by quarterback Sam Darnold, wide receiver Quincy Enunwa and tight end Chris Herndon — met the Denver Broncos (2-2) in an AFC matchup in NFL Week 5 action on Sunday, October 7, 2018 (10/7/18) at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The Broncos, coming off a loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, are led by quarterback Case Keenum and wide receiver Demaryius Thomas.

The stakes are high for both the Colts and the Jets entering week six. The Jets can keep pace with their division as the Dolphins have faltered and the Patriots are off to an unexpectedly slow start. They’ll be looking to put together back-to-back wins and build some momentum moving forward.

For the Colts, the stakes are higher still. At 1-4, they have been ravaged by injury, but with a softer schedule out ahead of them they could go on a run in the back half of the season. However, if they have lost too many games prior to that point, it won’t do much but damage their draft position for next year. This is the game where they need to gut out a win and turn this season around.

Steelers vs Bengals

Steelers vs Bengals: The Steelers own a six-game winning streak in the rivalry with the Bengals, going 4-1-1 against the spread in the process. But Pittsburgh is struggling out of the gate this season, while Cincinnati is streaking. The Cincinnati Bengals are a 2.5-point favorite over the Pittsburgh Steelers when the AFC North rivals meet Sunday at Paul Brown Stadium, but the Bengals have to get out of their own way to match the betting line.

performance of the season in a loss to the Chargers.

Benz added that he “wouldn’t be surprised if Burfict were to double that amount and bet ‘yes’ on himself,” and would “probably spear JuJu Smith-Schuster in the spleen on the first play just so he could collect.”

Smith-Schuster’s blind-side block of Burfict in Pittsburgh’s 23-20 win against the Bengals last December on Monday Night Football concussed Burfict, and Smith-Schuster mimicked his taunting of Burfict after the hit in helping to celebrate a touchdown later that month against the New England Patriots.

Seahawks vs Raiders

Seahawks vs Raiders: Oakland Raiders coach Jon Gruden wants Marshawn Lynch to see more of the ball when the running back goes up against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday. An old NFL rivalry renews Sunday when the Oakland Raiders and Seattle Seahawks meet at Wembley Stadium in London at 1 p.m. ET.

The former AFC West foes, who now reside in separate conferences, will be seeking a quality victory to spark a turnaround to their season’s fortunes. Seattle hopes to bounce back from a narrow home loss to the Rams, while the Raiders are looking to recover from their worst performance of the season in a loss to the Chargers.

The Seahawks are 2.5-point favorites and the over-under for total points scored is 48.5 in the latest Seahawks vs. Raiders odds. Before you make any Seahawks vs. Raiders picks for NFL in London, check out what SportsLine analyst Josh Nagel has to say.

A Nevada-based expert with 20 years of experience in the sports wagering industry, Nagel hit 70 percent of his NFL spread picks last season. He already is off to a strong start in 2018 and heads into the week on a 4-1 run. More important: He has had a particularly sharp sense for these two clubs, posting a record of 15-3 in against the spread picks involving the Raiders or Seahawks during the past two seasons.

Panthers vs Redskins

Panthers vs Redskins: The Carolina Panthers expect quarterback Cam Newton to have his favorite target back for Sunday’s game against the Washington Redskins. If it seems like the Redskins haven’t beaten the Panthers in a while, that’s because it’s true. Washington has not beaten Carolina since George W. Bush was President.

A lot has happened in the world since then.

The Redskins last win over the Panthers came in late November of 2006, with Joe Gibbs on the sideline. Jason Campbell led the Redskins with just 118 yards of passing, Chris Cooley caught a touchdown pass and Ladell Betts ran for more than 100 yards in that game.

Since that 2006 win, the Panthers have beaten the Redskins in five straight contests. Carolina has beaten Washington at FedEx Field, and in Charlotte.

Their last meeting came late in the 2016 season, when the Redskins were fighting for a playoff spot and Carolina had already been eliminated from the playoff hunt. It was also a Monday night game, which generally spells doom for Jay Gruden teams.
